A brief should be a short specification of your needs and requirements. This includes the objective, the medium, the size, the color, the deadlines and any other specifications that need to be followed. It should also carry any other information that you think will be of use for the project manager. How we process your brief? Based on your brief, we develop the work and on completion, send it to you for your opinion and approval in PDF format. After making the required changes and alterations, we will send you the final art work as PDF or EPS through FTP or courier the CD’s. It will reach you in 48-Hrs in print ready format . What are the payment terms and what form of payments do we accept? Payment is due on delivery of completed project. If you happen to be a first time customer payment in advance is mandatory. You will be invoiced on a monthly basis for ongoing projects within 15 days. We accept payments via e-cheque, Paypal.com or credit card. Customers are responsible for all related fees incurred due to the third-party payment options. How will proprietary information be handled? Client information is strictly confidential. We take effective steps to safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of all information entrusted to us. In this regard high security is ensured in every interaction with the client. How do I see my design work as it progresses? If you have ordered web or print graphics for web access, you will be given a URL (web page address) where you may view both the draft and revised stages of their project. For print jobs, we may also send you the project in the file format of your choice, or as a PDF file that can be opened on any computer. All of our works-in-progress are protected by copyright laws and we digitally watermark graphic images to monitor any unauthorised use. How will I receive my design project on completion? Upon approval of final artwork and remainder payment received by the Tejas, you shall have the option of receiving your images via e-mail attachment, disk, and/or hard copy. We can send you the project in the software file format of your choice, or as a PDF file that can be opened up on any computer. Transfer of full copyright will occur after receipt and clearance of final payment. Do I own the copyright of the design work? All copyrights are transferred over to the client upon clearance of full payment. To continue to provide competitive rates, we entrust the client's responsibility to verify that both the artwork requested and any original designs given to Tejas will not infringe upon any statutory copyright.
