Based on client brief, the work is developed and completed. The completed work is send to the client for approval in PDF format. If there are any corrections or alterations, the necessary changes are made and the final artwork is send as PDF or EPS format through advanced FTP (file transfer protocol) methods. We can also courier the work through CD’s on request, it will reach you in 48-Hrs.

Brief

A brief should be a short specification of your needs and requirements, which includes; The objective, medium, size or color or any other specifications and deadlines to be adhered also any other information you think will be of use for the project manager.

FTP Assistance

Our advanced FTP methods will facilitate smooth flow of work process with our clients. We make sure the necessary software is installed with our client’s. Also we ensure that the client is adequately informed and trained through simple instructions. In addition to the FTP method, we use the best available latest in technology. Moreover e-mail, tele-conference and fax are used to enhance client interaction. Completed assignments are delivered by any means as directed by the client.

Payments terms and mode

Payment is due on delivery of completed project. If you happen to be a first time customer payment in advance is mandatory. You will be invoiced on a monthly basis for ongoing projects within 15 days.

We accept payments through the mail and online via Paypal.com or credit- card. Customers are responsible for all related fees incurred due to the third-party payment options.

Cancellation of a project prior to completion

If the project is cancelled for any reason, you are responsible for all expenses incurred and actual time invested, up to the point of cancellation, you are liable to pay as per the rate specified or agreed upon.
